Hello can you tell me how much a belly piercing would be please?

hey. just need a bit of piercing advice if that’s okay?
i’ve had my belly button pierced for about a year now, never had any problems with it but the last few days it’s really hurt. theres been the odd occasion in the past where i’ve had a similar pain, but usually because i’ve knocked it or something and it’s gone away after a few hours. but this time i don’t remember knocking it or anything and it’s lasted for several days/a couple of weeks, gradually getting worse. it feels achy and bruised but not itchy or burning.
there is no puss, and no particular redness, but it does appear to be quite swollen. with the belly bar i’m wearing (the one i got it pierced with)there was always a bit of a gap at the top because it was pierced with a slightly longer bar to allow swelling.. but now there is no spare bar showing and the bit of skin between the ball and the jewel feels a bit swollen and quite hard.
it is painful to touch, bathe, and to bend over or sit down unless i am leaning back.
i tried taking the jewel out which caused sickening pain, but then i read that if the piercing closes up an abscess can form so i put it straight back in which hurt even more.
i have been cleaning it with sea salt water and the solution i was given when i got it pierced, but i wondered if there was anything else i should be doing?
i’m not even sure if it’s an infection or an abscess or what, as theres no puss, itching or redness..
Hi i wanna get my belly done but i was wondering how painful it was compared to ear cartilage piercing and if you used any form of numbing spray
